Description:
Technical execution and delivery of projects using technical expertise and experience in engineering, design and any validated associated software.
Accountability, Roles and Responsibilities:
- The post holder will report to their Engineering Director/Manager for the execution of technical work, supported by the Human Resources Manager for all non-technical aspects of working at Apollo.
- Communicate with all interested parties on all matters relating to the delivery of a specific job.
- Perform their day to day duties to the best of their ability and in compliance with Apollo’s HSEQ processes and procedures.
- Any other delegated content as instructed by under the direction of their line manager.
Duties:
- Supporting business development effort by engaging with existing and potential clients to generate leads and enquiries under the direction of line management.
- Execution of engineering projects, design and analysis as required by Apollo’s clients and all interested parties under the direction of line manager whilst complying with Apollo’s processes and procedures.
- Execution of all engineering duties in compliance with applicable legislation, codes, standards, and Apollo’s quality control and administration procedures.
- Production of engineering proposals, schedules and reports in accordance with Apollo’s project commitments, as required by Apollo’s clients and all interested parties.
- Report and meet with clients and all interested parties on a project basis under suitable guidance.
- Providing mentorship and continuing professional development support to less experienced engineers.
- Work will normally be performed at Apollo’s offices but there may be requirements to work in client offices and/or offshore.
Qualifications:
- Suitable engineering or relevant degree.
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
