Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for the following by working with the Finance Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Timely monthly closing, quarterly and annual audits.
- Tax compliances, overall accuracy of bookings in the ledgers.
- Provide timely MIS on department performance.
- Budget preparation, forecast and variance analysis.
- Assist in preparation of monthly & yearly financial reports through SAP, and complete reporting requirements to HQ and auditors.
- Ensuring accurate and timely compliances related to finance – reporting, VAT, corporation tax, maintaining registers and records etc.
- Managing the accounts payable and receivable function.
- Ensuring bank reconciliation and balance confirmation.
- Preparing annual company budgets, monitoring, forecasting.
- Perform comprehensive variance analysis and determine root cause for each significant variances.
- Prepare various regular & ad hoc MIS for decision making/analysis.
- Keeping up with compliances and updating compliances software.
- Overlook day to day bookings and report.
- Internal and external audit.
- Process improvement and other tasks as per requirement.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical ability.
- Pro‑active, motivated, team player with strong organisational skills that requires minimal supervision.
Knowledge (Technical/Functional):
- SAP working experience in FICO, MM & SD.
- QuickBooks.
- Hyperion (preferable).
- Microsoft (expert knowledge).
Experience:
Should have 8+ years of relevant work experience in Finance field.
Education:
Accounting Degree – advanced degree preferred.
