Job Title: Fleet Account Manager - TBR

Location: Midlands and North of England

Reports to (Position): Country Sales Manager UK

Department/Function: Sales

As a TBR (Truck, Bus and Radial) Fleet Account Manager you will be part of the Sales department based in the UK. You will be the principal point of contact between the business and the customers in the Midlands and North of England. You will ensure the current customers have the right products, identify new customers and customer leads, and support the other Account Managers in their sales activity. You will be responsible for achieving the TBR sales targets by working closely with key customers and users, in the field.

What will be your role in more detail?

  • Fleet Focus: Gain new Fleets, through visiting them and preparing the right value proposition for them.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Work with the existing distribution network and identify new potential dealers by establishing, developing, and maintaining strong business and customer relationships.
  • Gather Market Insights: Conduct territory and market analyses, assess customer and competitor actions, and create a comprehensive territory map, including workshops, fleet support, tyre dealers, and key end-users.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Manage product trials, address potential claims, and represent the company at sector events to enhance customer experience.
  • Negotiate and Coordinate: Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and marketing arrangements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide Expertise: Support the Sales team with your specialised knowledge of the market and technical expertise in TBR (Truck, Bus and Radial).
