As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own desk within our US Technology team—developing client relationships, sourcing top talent and driving business growth across the market. What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client acquisition through to candidate management, offer negotiation and successful placements.
- Generate new business through strategic, proactive outreach.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates across the US Technology market.
- Negotiate commercial terms, offers and contracts to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.
- Drive the growth of your desk while contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team.

- Proven success in a 360 permanent recruitment role, with a strong track record of business development and client management.
- Experience recruiting within the Technology sector, ideally across Software Engineering, Data or AI.
