The Opportunity

As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own desk within our US Technology team—developing client relationships, sourcing top talent and driving business growth across the market. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that celebrates wins together and invests in your long‑term success. This is a role where you can make a measurable impact—on your clients, your candidates and your own career trajectory.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client acquisition through to candidate management, offer negotiation and successful placements.
  • Generate new business through strategic, proactive outreach.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates across the US Technology market.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, offers and contracts to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.
  • Drive the growth of your desk while contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team.

What You Bring

  • Proven success in a 360 permanent recruitment role, with a strong track record of business development and client management.
  • Experience recruiting within the Technology sector, ideally across Software Engineering, Data or AI.
  • A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for winning new business and building lasting relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • Ambitious, resilient and motivated to continuously develop and achieve.
