We are looking for a Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer with strong handsâon experience in AKS, Azure networking, and PowerShell scripting, to support the liftâandâshift of Windows Server workloads from onâprem to Azure. This role is delivery-focused, working on core Azure infrastructure, container platforms, and migration activities within an enterprise environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support and enhance AKS platforms, including cluster operations and security
- Design and manage Azure networking (VNets, subnets, NSGs, routing, private endpoints)
- Lead and support Windows Server liftâandâshift migrations from onâprem to Azure
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using PowerShell
- Support rehosting of workloads with minimal refactoring
- Ensure platforms are secure, stable, and well monitored
- Work closely with platform, infrastructure, and application teams
- Assist with dayâtoâday platform operations, incidents, and maintenance
- Create and maintain clear runbooks and operational documentation
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong handsâon experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
- Solid experience with Azure networking in enterprise environments
- Proven experience migrating Windows Server workloads to Azure (lift & shift)
- Good understanding of Azure IaaS and core platform services
- Experience supporting production environments
- Nice to have: Terraform or other IaC tools
- Basic CI/CD exposure
- Security hardening of Windows Server and Azure workloads
