We are seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and modern DevOps practices. This is an initial 6-month outside IR35 contract, with strong potential for extension due to ongoing project demand.

Duration: 6 months (extension highly likely)

Start Date: 01 September 2025

Interview Process: 2 stages (can be completed in a single day)

Key Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Deep knowledge of containerisation, particularly AKS
  • Solid understanding of YAML pipelines
  • Experience with Azure Landing Zones and Azure Networking Services
  • Familiarity with SQL Server and Windows Server infrastructure migration to cloud

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure Azure infrastructure
  • Lead cloud migration initiatives from on-prem to Azure PaaS/IaaS
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust DevOps solutions
  • Contribute to process automation, infrastructure scalability, and cloud governance
