What You Will Be Doing
- Shape the collaboration platform vision and guide engineering delivery
- Drive adoption of new technologies that enhance colleague experience and service performance
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team
- Monitor platform health using meaningful performance indicators
- Manage budgets, resources, risk, and overall service costs
- Access strong mentoring support and broad professional development resources
What You Will Need
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop engineering and product teams
- Experience managing enterprise collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot, along with data platforms, email systems, compliance and surveillance tools, and real-time communication technologies
- Hands-on background in enterprise collaboration engineering, along with experience overseeing large-scale platforms
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments, ideally with practical use of JIRA or JIRA Align, and the ability to guide teams in Scrum or Kanban approaches while continually improving delivery processes
