An established tech-for-good organisation is looking for an IT Manager to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations and support a growing team.
What you’ll handle:
- User support, onboarding/offboarding, device management and troubleshooting
- Google Workspace administration
- Apple device management via MDM
- IT and infrastructure projects (network, migrations, security)
- Integrating acquired teams and systems
- Security, access controls and audit readiness
- Vendor and licensing management
- Documentation of systems and processes
- Automation, AI tooling and self-service IT improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Google Workspace administration experience
- Hands-on Apple MDM management (Jamf/Mosyle/Addigy/Kandji/ABM)
- Proven delivery of IT projects
- Experience supporting a growing business
- Good understanding of networking and security
- Highly organised and comfortable as the sole IT lead
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical teams
Nice to have:
- Experience in acquisitions/integrations
- SaaS admin skills (Slack, Notion, Jira, HubSpot)
- Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP)
- Scripting for automation
- Startup/scale-up background
