An established tech-for-good organisation is looking for an IT Manager to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations and support a growing team.

What you’ll handle:

  • User support, onboarding/offboarding, device management and troubleshooting
  • Google Workspace administration
  • Apple device management via MDM
  • IT and infrastructure projects (network, migrations, security)
  • Integrating acquired teams and systems
  • Security, access controls and audit readiness
  • Vendor and licensing management
  • Documentation of systems and processes
  • Automation, AI tooling and self-service IT improvements

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Google Workspace administration experience
  • Hands-on Apple MDM management (Jamf/Mosyle/Addigy/Kandji/ABM)
  • Proven delivery of IT projects
  • Experience supporting a growing business
  • Good understanding of networking and security
  • Highly organised and comfortable as the sole IT lead
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience in acquisitions/integrations
  • SaaS admin skills (Slack, Notion, Jira, HubSpot)
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP)
  • Scripting for automation
  • Startup/scale-up background
