Key Responsibilities
- As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will be the frontline security presence across our operational areas, ensuring the safety and security of client premises and assets.
- Routine Site Patrols: Conduct scheduled security inspections (internal and external) of client properties.
- Key-holding and Lock/Unlocks: Execute opening and closing procedures for commercial premises at scheduled times.
- Alarm Response: Promptly and professionally respond to alarm activations, assess the cause, and follow defined escalation protocols.
- Incident Management: Document and report all security incidents, maintenance issues, or potential risks identified during patrols.
- Vehicle & Equipment Checks: Maintain the patrol vehicle and ensure all communication and safety equipment is functional.
- Liaison: Maintain clear and constant communication with the Control Room and emergency services as required.
Essential Requirements
- SIA Licence (Required): Must hold a valid SIA Security Guarding and/or Door Supervisor licence.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence with no more than [Specify, e.g., 6] penalty points.
- Experience: Proven experience in a security, military, or police environment (mobile patrol experience preferred).
- Skills: Excellent observational, communication (written and verbal), and incident reporting skills.
