Job Title: Recycling Sorter

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Recycling Sorters. As a Recycling Sorter, you will play a crucial role in the recycling process by sorting and segregating various materials to ensure proper recycling and waste management. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities:

1. Sorting Recyclable Materials: Sort through incoming materials to separate recyclables.
2. Operating Machinery: Operate conveyor belts, sorting machines, and other equipment efficiently and safely to facilitate the sorting process.
3. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Dispose of waste materials properly according to established procedures.
4. Following Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Requirements:

1. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods.
2. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to accurately identify and sort different types of materials.
3. Safety Consciousness: Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
4. Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Working Hours: Monday – Fridays, 6pm-4am.

Working Rate: £13.50 an hour.
