We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Recycling Sorters. As a Recycling Sorter, you will play a crucial role in the recycling process by sorting and segregating various materials to ensure proper recycling and waste management. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to environmental sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Sort through incoming materials to separate recyclables.
- Operate conveyor belts, sorting machines, and other equipment efficiently and safely to facilitate the sorting process.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Dispose of waste materials properly according to established procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Keen eye for detail to accurately identify and sort different types of materials.
