Role Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Take ownership of an existing client portfolio, ensuring high levels of service and consistent, personalised holistic advice that aligns with clients’ long‑term financial goals and objectives.
  • Investment and Wealth Management: Provide expert advice on investment strategies, asset allocation, retirement planning, tax optimisation, and wealth protection, with a focus on tailoring solutions to each client’s unique situation.
  • Ongoing Client Reviews: Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure that clients’ financial strategies remain aligned with their evolving needs, goals, and market conditions.
  • Financial Planning and Advisory: Offer comprehensive financial planning, including pensions, insurance, estate planning, and tax strategies, to help clients achieve their wealth management objectives.
  • Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure all recommendations are in full compliance with industry regulations and maintain meticulous records of client interactions and advice.
  • Collaboration with Support Teams: Work alongside our paraplanners, marketing, and administration teams to provide the highest level of service and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Role Requirements

Your Profile

We are looking for qualified and experienced Financial Advisers (Wealth Advisers) who have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial advisory and wealth management.
  • A Level 6 Diploma in Financial Advice (Adv DipFA) is preferred, however a QCF Level 4 Diploma would be a minimum requirement.
  • A proven track record in managing and servicing a client base, with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.
  • A passion for providing exceptional client service and the ability to build trusted, long‑term relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of investment strategies, tax planning, and financial products.
  • A desire to work as part of a supportive team, with a focus on client outcomes.
