Location: London | Employed Role | Salary: £50,000–£70,000 Base + Uncapped Earnings
What You\’ll Do
Provide high-quality, tailored financial advice to HNW individuals, families, and institutions.
Manage and deepen client relationships, delivering strategies across investments, pensions, tax planning, and estate structuring.
Proactively grow your book through referrals, networking, and high-quality leads.
Work collaboratively with a talented internal team including Business Development, Paraplanning, and Admin.
Stay ahead of financial trends to ensure your clients receive the most up-to-date guidance.
Role Requirements
Minimum 3 years\’ experience as a Financial Adviser/Wealth Adviser.
Level 4 Diploma (required), Level 6/Chartered status (preferred).
Experience working with high-net-worth and complex client needs.
A proven track record of delivering outstanding advice and client outcomes.
Ambition, integrity, and a desire to build something that\’s yours.
