Are you Level 4 qualified but don't have any experience advising clients? Perhaps you are part way through your Level 4 but haven't quite finished all of your exams yet. We now have an opportunity to join our team as an Associate Adviser. This role will support you not only to complete your Financial Planning exams, but will give you the opportunity to work closely with one of our experienced Advisers and learn on the job.
Role Responsibilities
- We are looking for individuals with the drive, ambition and entrepreneurial spirit it takes to support the advisory department.
- We can offer lots of guidance and support but ultimately your grit and determination is what will see you build a successful career in Wealth Advice.
- You will have a strong motivation to develop your business, natural interest, and understanding of developments in private wealth and investment management.
- We have extensive experience in developing individuals from other roles and transitioning them into business owners of their own wealth management business.
- You will receive coaching from some of the most experienced and respected individuals in the wealth management industry.
Role Requirements
- Half Qualified or Fully Qualified with a QCF Level 4 Diploma as a minimum e.g. 3 out of 6 RO exams passed.
- Deep desire to grow and succeed.
- Team player who wants to work with us to continue to build our successful Practice.
- Demonstrate success in a sales based role.
- Excellent time management.
- Numerical acumen and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a blue‑chip banking, professional services, legal or other Financial Services firm would be beneficial. If you don’t have this, perhaps you can demonstrate previous success in another career, education or a sport?
