Our client is one of the UK's leading constructors of Student Accommodation. They currently are working to complete works on the conversion of an existing building into a student accommodation. They are looking for an experienced joiner to to complete standard joinery works including on the internals of a student accommodation including standard first, second and final fix works. The successful candidate will have a portfolio of similar large construction project experience. The project is due to complete fully in September 2025 so there is a guarantee of long term works. Own tools are needed and works based on a 8.5/9 hour day Monday – Friday. Additional weekend work available also
