Insurance Broker - Personal Lines in Heywood

Role Description

This is a full-time office based role for a Personal Lines Account Handler working from our Heywood office. You will be responsible for a portfolio of personal lines clients, which also includes mid net worth, high net worth and VIP customers. You will manage renewals, provide new business quotes, handle MTA\’s and provide an excellent overall customer service dealing with the usual insurance brokerage tasks on a day-to-day basis.

• A minimum of 5 years personal lines insurance broking experience in a similar role.
• Recent experience of the Acturis CRM application. We use Acturis across all our sites.
• Renewals and Account Management skills
• Customer Service proficiency
• In depth knowledge of the various types of personal lines insurance, including but not limited to car, van, home, travel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse and assess client needs
