Location: Worcestershire, WR6. Pay: £15.00-£18.50. Shifts: Full Time & Part Time, Days & Nights, 8–12‑Hour Shifts.

We are recruiting compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support children with complex care needs in the Worcester and Leominster areas. In this rewarding role, you will provide high‑quality, person‑centred care within the child’s home, supporting clinical needs such as tracheostomy care, assisting with personal care and daily routines, and encouraging participation in activities they enjoy.

We are seeking caring, reliable individuals who are passionate about working with children and committed to promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Experience in complex care is desirable, but full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s life while joining a supportive, professional, and growing team.

What You’ll Need

  • 3 months’ care experience
  • Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
  • Clear communication skills
  • Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
