What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a high volume of applications daily
- Building relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring their vacancies are managed effectively and updates are provided in a timely manner
- Conducting structured screening calls to assess suitability and experience
- Making warm outbound calls to new and previous applicants
- Booking interviews and consistently hitting recruitment targets
- Prioritising effectively in a fast‑moving environment
- Supporting the growth of our care services through quality candidate engagement
