We’re seeking a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Codsall office. You’ll lead day-to-day recruitment for HCAs and Nurses, exceed KPIs, build strong talent pipelines, and support the wider team with data-driven recruitment decisions. No cold calling - just meaningful, targeted recruitment within an established team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for complex care packages
- Hit and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Create and manage job adverts across multiple platforms
- Source, engage, and pipeline high-quality candidates
- Use recruitment data to improve performance and processes
- Act as escalation point for hard-to-fill roles
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Support ATS implementation and process improvement
- Lead, coach, and develop recruitment team members
