We are looking for a proactive and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our central recruitment team in Codsall. In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advertising vacancies and reviewing applications
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Managing high-volume applicant pipelines
- Making outbound calls to applicants (a major part of the role)
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants with admin tasks, reporting, and candidate management
- Using multiple systems and job boards to track and progress candidates
You will be the first point of contact for many applicants, so strong communication skills - both written and verbal - are essential. Confidence on the phone is a must. Making outbound calls to applicants and briefing them on live job opportunities form a significant part of your day.
