Hours: Full time, Monday–Friday

Salary: £15,500 per annum + bonus scheme

We’re offering an exciting apprenticeship within our Central Recruitment and Compliance Team in Codsall, Wolverhampton. What You Could Be Doing

  • Screening candidates and arranging interviews
  • Maintaining recruitment records
  • Writing job adverts and sourcing candidates
  • Completing compliance checks including references, ID and DBS
  • Supporting reporting and liaising with colleagues across the business

No previous experience is required - just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
