The Role
You will support children with complex clinical needs in home and community settings, helping to promote comfort, safety, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracheostomy care
- Seizure management (including rescue medication)
- PEG feeding
- Suctioning and oxygen therapy
- Personal care and mobility support
- Support communication (including non‑verbal)
- Daily routines, engaging activities such as play and sensory sessions
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 months’ hands‑on care experience
- Experience with respiratory care, oxygen therapy, and epilepsy management
- Confident with medication, moving and handling, and personal care
- Experience with children’s tracheostomy care
- Reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Pet friendly
