We are looking for caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Support Workers to support a fun, friendly, and sociable 12‑year‑old girl. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by supporting her both in school and within the community, helping her enjoy everyday experiences, build confidence, and continue developing her independence in a safe and positive environment.
She is a bright young girl who enjoys:

We are looking for positive and approachable individuals who can build a trusting relationship with her, encourage her interests, and support her to take part in the activities she enjoys most.
Your role will include:
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support both at school and within the community
- Encouraging independence and supporting participation in everyday activities
- Promoting positive emotional wellbeing, confidence, and social interaction
- Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence within her clinical routines when required
- Accompanying her to social outings, activities, and community‑based experiences
- Ensuring her safety, comfort, happiness, and wellbeing at all times
She is becoming increasingly independent and enjoys taking an active role in her daily routines and decision‑making. This role would suit someone who can provide the right balance of support, encouragement, and reassurance, while promoting her confidence, individuality, and independence in a positive and empowering way.

What You’ll Need
- A minimum of 3 months’ care experience
- Confidence with medication administration, personal care, and moving and handling
- Clear and effective communication skills
- To be comfortable around dogs, as there is a dog in the home
- A driver is preferred
