About us

At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs – we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements. We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment – and we’re looking for people who share those values.

Meet Our Client

We are supporting a new package of care in East Grinstead, caring for a teenage boy who lives at home with his family and their dogs. He loves bubbles, balloons, and his giant floor keyboard and he thoroughly enjoys getting out into the community, especially visiting places like Central London.

As part of his care team, you’ll be responsible for supporting his day-to-day care needs, including assistance with physiotherapy and speech therapy. You’ll also play a vital role in promoting his independence, providing reassurance, and actively engaging him in the activities he enjoys most, both at home and out in the community. Night support is also an important part of this role. You’ll help create a calm and safe environment overnight, offering comfort, reassurance, and care to ensure he feels secure and supported while resting.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. “This isn’t just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”

What You’ll Need

  • 3 months’ care experience
  • Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
  • Clear communication skills
  • Pet friendly

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay with enhancements for nights and weekends
  • Regular confirmed rotas and flexible scheduling
  • Reward & recognition programme
  • Supportive management and 24/7 on-call support
  • Opportunity to grow within a values-led, national care provider
  • Our funded training, including clinical skills, comes at no cost to you, though attendance is unpaid.
