Apollo Home Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to support adults and children with complex care needs in their own homes. This role offers a strong work–life balance and the opportunity to use your clinical expertise to shape safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care.

You will manage a complex care caseload across Merseyside, combining office-based responsibilities with community visits.

  • Complex caseload management including occasional paediatric packages
  • Bespoke care planning and ongoing clinical reviews
  • Training and competency assessment for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers
  • Quality and compliance oversight aligned with national standards
  • Building effective relationships with clients, families, and MDTs

We are seeking nurses with experience in:

  • Airway management including tracheostomy care
  • Experience with spinal injuries, ABI or neurological conditions is beneficial but not essential.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC Pin with 2+ years’ post‑qualification experience
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Monday to Friday working pattern (no shifts, no nights, no weekends, no on call)
