Meet Our Client

We are expanding our services and are currently looking for compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team. We have exciting opportunities available to support care packages across East Grinstead and Uckfield. In this role, you will support individuals with complex care needs, helping them live safely and independently at home, including providing both everyday personal care and more specialist support such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, ventilation, and other complex care requirements. We are looking for reliable, caring professionals with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high standards of care.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. Our client has requested female care staff.

What You’ll Need

  • 3 months’ care experience
  • Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with complex care needs is required
