About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant based in our Codsall office, youll:
- Review a high volume of applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses
- Screen multiple candidates daily through in-depth conversations, ensuring skills and experience match our needs
- Make high-volume outbound (warm) calls to new and previous applicantsno cold calling required
- Hit and surpass set targets around interview bookings and driving our care services growth
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining top productivity
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a recruitment or telesales environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and adapt to shifting priorities
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
