We’re offering an exciting apprenticeship within our Central Recruitment and Compliance Team in Codsall, Wolverhampton. What You Could Be Doing
- Screening candidates and arranging interviews
- Maintaining recruitment records
- Writing job adverts and sourcing candidates
- Completing compliance checks including references, ID and DBS
- Supporting reporting and liaising with colleagues across the business
No previous experience is required - just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

- Motivation to complete a Recruiter NVQ Level 3 (12–18 months)
