Meet our client
We are looking for caring, compassionate, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a friendly and sociable 15-year-old boy with complex healthcare needs. He has cerebral palsy affecting all four limbs, severe visual impairment, and complex communication needs.
Your role will involve supporting him with personal care, moving and handling, sensory activities, school support, and other daily living tasks, helping him to live a fulfilling and enjoyable life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference to a young person's day-to-day life. You will provide both practical and clinical support while building a positive and trusting relationship with him. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, so previous experience is not essential.
He enjoys being around people and loves getting out and about. His interests include visiting coffee shops, shopping trips, sensory activities, listening to films and quiz shows, and spending quality time with those around him. He thrives on social interaction and enjoys being actively involved in everyday life.
We are looking for reliable and caring female Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about supporting others, can bring a positive attitude to each day, and are committed to helping him achieve the best possible quality of life.
