About This Role
Our nurses care for children and adults who have long‑term or life‑limiting conditions, providing exceptional, individualised care to our service users in the comfort of their own homes.
What You’ll Need
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A valid NMC pin held for a minimum of 12 months and be a practising Registered Nurse, with experience of supporting children or adults with the following clinical tasks
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation management
- Enteral feeding
