Pay Rate: £16.00 - £18.00 Per Hour

Shifts: Part Time | Days | Monday & Friday – 9am – 5pm | Sundays 10am – 5pm

We are recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic male support workers to join a consistent care team supporting an independent 23‑year‑old male with complex care needs in Nottingham. He has an acquired brain injury and is currently working on his recovery and rehabilitation. This role focuses on promoting independence while delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care both at home and in the community. He enjoys gaming but is keen to broaden his horizons and explore new, stimulating hobbies and activities. Duties include supporting physiotherapy exercises and encouraging participation in social and recreational activities.

We are looking for fun, outgoing, reliable, and compassionate individuals who can build a positive, professional relationship while supporting him to live life to the fullest.

What You’ll Need

  • At least 3 months' care experience
  • Confidence supporting physiotherapy programmes
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • A fun and engaging personality
  • Comfortable working in a pet‑friendly home (there is a Newfoundland dog)
  • A full UK driving licence
