Meet Our Client

We are looking for compassionate, patient, and engaging support workers to provide dedicated 1:1 care for a bright and lovable 9‑year‑old boy within his family home. He is non‑verbal and communicates using a Smartbox. He enjoys music, games, YouTube, sensory activities, spending time on his iPad, and attending hydrotherapy sessions. He loves interaction and thrives on meaningful engagement, so we are looking for someone fun, attentive, and able to build a positive relationship with both him and his family. You will provide person‑centred care and support with daily tasks such as personal care and mobility, while remaining vigilant to his clinical care needs as required. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference while supporting a child with complex care needs in a safe, nurturing, and family‑centred environment.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 3 months’ care experience
  • Confidence with medication administration, personal care, and moving & handling
  • Clear communication skills
  • SEN experience is preferred
