Location: East Grinstead, RH19
Pay Rate: £15.00 – £20.00
Shifts: Full Time & Part Time; Days & Nights; 6.5-12 hour shifts

Meet Our Client
We are supporting a new package of care in East Grinstead, caring for a teenage boy who lives at home with his family and their dogs. He loves bubbles, balloons, and his giant floor keyboard and he thoroughly enjoys getting out into the community, especially visiting places like Central London.
As part of his care team, you’ll be responsible for supporting his day-to-day care needs, including assistance with physiotherapy and speech therapy. You’ll also play a vital role in promoting his independence, providing reassurance, and actively engaging him in the activities he enjoys most, both at home and out in the community.
Night support is also an important part of this role. You’ll help create a calm and safe environment overnight, offering comfort, reassurance, and care to ensure he feels secure and supported while resting.

What You’ll Need
