Join Apollo Home Healthcare. We're looking for a caring and reliable Female Healthcare Assistant to support a friendly, active woman in her own home and within the local community. This is a rewarding role supporting someone who loves horses, reading, watching television, cooking, baking and gardening at home. She also likes to have a gossip and likes to laugh and smile.
Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant:
- Personal care
- Preparing meals - full support with all meals and fluids
- Moving and handling
- Medication Administration
- Assisting in the community
- Supporting with household chores
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 3 months' care experience
- Confident with personal care and moving & handling
- Strong communication skills
- Pet friendly - 2 dogs, 2 cats
Important: Drivers are essential for this role. You will be required to drive the client's adapted vehicle and must have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 3 years for insurance purposes. Female applicants only – this is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the individual's care needs.
