Meet Our Client:
We’re looking for compassionate, patient, and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated care team supporting a teenage male with complex care needs. In this rewarding position, you’ll provide personalised 1:1 care, ensuring he remains safe, comfortable, and settled throughout the night. You’ll maintain a watchful eye and help create a calm, soothing environment so he can sleep safely and peacefully. As our client is non-verbal, we’re seeking patient carers who can understand his cues and interpret his needs, ensuring he receives the highest standard of care.
