We are expanding our services in Uckfield and are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high‑quality, person-centred care to a young adult male with clinical needs. This rewarding role involves supporting him at home and in the community, helping him live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, wellbeing, and choice.
You will assist with daily routines, support social and community activities, provide personal care, deliver clinical interventions, and offer reassurance and companionship, including during evening and night shifts. We are seeking caring, reliable, and motivated individuals who are passionate about helping people live safely, independently, and with dignity. Your support will make a real difference and genuinely enhance someone’s quality of life.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 3 months’ care experience
- Confident in administering medication, providing personal care, and moving and handling
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Valid UK driver’s licence
