At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs – we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements. We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, Commitment – and we’re looking for people who share those values.

Our client is a vibrant young woman in her late teens who lives at home with her family. She loves sharing her passions and interests with her care team, values socialising with friends, enjoys outings, and makes the most of every opportunity life brings. She is creative, with a passion for fashion, beauty, social media (especially TikTok), and art, as well as enjoying concerts, theatre, and musical productions.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support her wellbeing, engage in her interests, and help her live life to the fullest. A genuine interest in her hobbies and a positive, enthusiastic approach are highly desirable.

You will support her both at college and at home, assisting with learning, personal development, social activities, daily care needs, and encouraging independence. At night, you will provide attentive overnight care at home, meeting personal and clinical needs – offering reassurance, comfort, and support if she wakes during the night, ensuring she always feels safe and secure.

  • Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
  • Clear communication skills
  • Pet friendly – our client does have a pet dog

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay with enhancements for nights and weekends
  • Regular confirmed rotas and flexible scheduling
  • Reward & recognition programme
  • Supportive management and 24/7 on‑call support
  • Opportunity to grow within a values‑led, national care provider
  • Our funded training, including clinical skills, comes at no cost to you, though attendance is unpaid.
