We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a young lady in her 20s living in Dudley. She enjoys a wide range of hobbies, including listening to music, spending time on her iPad, and doing arts and crafts. Responsibilities- Providing personal care and support.
- Assisting with medication, personal care, and moving and handling.
- Supporting clinical interventions.
- Encouraging participation in meaningful activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
- Accompanying the client on outings in an adapted vehicle during weekends.
- Ensuring a calm and comfortable transition to bedtime in the evenings.
- Minimum of three months care experience.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence with confidence driving an adapted vehicle.
- Pet‑friendly environment – two dogs in the property.
