This Deputy Manager role is based in our Kirk Sandall office and supports complex care services across Doncaster and surrounding areas.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support and deputise for our operations Manager, ensuring the smooth delivery of high‑quality complex care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and deputise when required.
  • Lead new complex care package setups.
  • Coordinate complex hospital discharges.
  • Work closely with families, commissioners, MDT teams, and internal departments.
  • Support Consultants with care package management.
  • Manage incidents, accidents, and complaints.
  • Maintain full CQC compliance.
