What Youll Need A valid NMC Pin with 5 years post-qualification experience Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle Extensive experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in home healthcare or a similar setting. Strong knowledge of clinical practices, guidelines, and regulations. Excellent leadership and management skills. Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR). Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with clinical advancements.
