We are recruiting compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a specialist care package supporting a 9-year-old child with complex healthcare needs within their family home and local community.

Shift Availability- Part-time days and afternoons
- Monday to Friday: 2:00pm – 9:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
As a Support Worker, you will provide 1:1 care including personal care, PEG feeding, medication administration, seizure management, passive exercises, and sensory activities. You will also support community access, including hydrotherapy sessions, music therapy, and engagement in activities such as technology, games, music, and YouTube.
Experience supporting children or adults with complex care needs, SEN, or learning disabilities is highly desirable. Applications are also welcomed from Nursery Nurses with relevant SEN experience.
We are looking for Support Workers who are patient, engaging, and have excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour. You will be confident building positive relationships with both the child and their family while respecting their home environment.
A full UK manual driving licence is essential, as you will be required to drive a mobility vehicle to appointments.
