Healthcare Assistant
Location: Birmingham
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £18.00
Shifts: Part Time | Days & Nights

Meet Our Clients
We’re currently supporting children and adults with complex clinical care needs in Birmingham and surrounding areas, and are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their needs.
In this role, you’ll manage clinical interventions, assist with care routines, and support clients in meaningful activities—such as spending time with family and friends or going on community outings.
You’ll also assist with bedtime routines, offering companionship, staying attentive and responsive, and addressing care needs as they arise.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

What You’ll Need
- 3 months’ care experience
- Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
- Clinical experience is strongly preferred however, this is not essential for all of our vacancies in the area. This experience may include:
- Tracheostomy Care
- Enteral Feeding
- Ventilation Management
