Meet Our Clients
We are supporting children and adults with complex clinical needs across Birmingham and surrounding areas such as: Sedgley, Quinton and Halesowen. We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants with proven tracheostomy experience. This is an essential requirement for the service users you will be supporting. You’ll be part of a compassionate care team delivering safe, nurse-led, complex care within the home.
Your role will include managing tracheostomy care along with other clinical interventions which may include oral suctioning, enteral feeding, airway management, personal care routines, and supporting clients in meaningful daily activities, whether that’s spending time with family, socialising in the community, or maintaining comforting home routines.

What You’ll Need
- 3 months’ care experience
- Proven skills in tracheostomy care
- Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
