Healthcare Assistant
Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire MK45
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour
Shifts: Part Time, Nights | 10pm - 8am

Meet Our Client: We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a baby boy in his warm and loving family home. He has complex medical needs and requires calm, attentive care throughout the night. Your role will be essential in ensuring his safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times. As a valued member of our night care team, you will provide high-quality clinical and specialist support, including tracheostomy care, NG feeding, safe moving and handling, and personal care. You will also help maintain his sleep and settling routines, offering gentle reassurance, age-appropriate interaction, and a nurturing presence to promote his emotional and physical comfort. We are seeking carers who are patient, observant, and confident in delivering both clinical and nurturing care. You should be calm, attentive, and able to respond promptly to any changes in his condition, while remaining committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support.

What You’ll Need:
- 3 months’ care experience
