Due to internal progression, we are looking for a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist to support children, families, and care teams across the West Midlands and Shropshire.
- Managing paediatric complex care caseloads
- Creating and reviewing personalised clinical care plans
- Delivering clinical training and competency assessments
- Supporting Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers
- Ensuring safe, high-quality, compliant care
- Building strong relationships with families and multidisciplinary teams
Essential Requirements for our paediatric clinical nurse specialist role:
- NMC Registered Children's Nurse
- Experience in paediatric complex care, PICU, critical care, A&E, or community nursing
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
Salary up to £43,000 plus bonus scheme. Monday to Friday working pattern. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, birthday leave and long-service rewards, workplace pension and paid DBS, ongoing training and professional development, genuine internal progression opportunities.
