Due to internal progression, we are looking for a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist to support children, families, and care teams across the West Midlands and Shropshire.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing paediatric complex care caseloads
  • Creating and reviewing personalised care plans
  • Delivering clinical training and competency assessments
  • Supporting Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers
  • Ensuring safe, high-quality, compliant care
  • Building strong relationships with families and multidisciplinary teams

Essential Requirements for our paediatric clinical nurse specialist role:

  • NMC Registered Children's Nurse
  • Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience
  • Experience in paediatric complex care, PICU, critical care, A&E, or community nursing
  • Tracheostomy, ventilation, airway management, and enteral feeding experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
