  • Healthcare Assistant
  • Location: Gateshead, NE10
  • Pay Rate £15.00-£17.50 per hour
  • Shifts: Part Time Days & Nights: 12-hour shifts

Meet Our Client

An engaging young girl who enjoys story time, exploring sensory lights, and participating in art and craft activities. She also loves visiting her local park and attending hydrotherapy sessions. Your role will involve delivering specialised care both at home and within her educational setting. During the night, you will remain attentive to her complex care needs while fostering a soothing environment to ensure a restful sleep.

What You’ll Need

  • 3 months\’ care experience
  • Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
  • Clear communication skills
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting working with children is essential
  • Experience with epilepsy or PEG feeding is essential
