By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for service users in Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll deliver essential, person-centered care to our service users, overseeing their clinical interventions and tending to their care needs as they arise.
You’ll also participate in activities they enjoy, such as socialising with friends and family, going on community outings, and engaging in sensory-based activities with the younger ones. At night, you’ll assist with their bedtime routines, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure, and help create a calming environment to support a restful night’s sleep.
