About This Role
We’re looking for a kind, caring and reliable Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting a wonderful young person in their family home. They have a gentle and quiet personality and communicate in their own way, so patience, understanding and good observation skills are important. They enjoy music, TV, sensory toys, spending time with family and being outdoors. We’re looking for someone who will take the time to understand their needs, enjoy their company and become a valued part of their support team.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable. Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
