Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist to support children with complex care needs across the North West. This role offers a strong work–life balance with office and community-based work.

At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high‐quality, person‐centred complex care to adults and children in their own homes. As our Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping safe, effective, and compassionate care for children with complex health needs.

Role overview:

  • Manage complex caseloads including adult packages
  • Develop and review care plans
  • Train and assess care staff
  • Ensure clinical quality and compliance
  • Review MAR charts and care documentation
  • Build strong relationships with families and MDTs

Skills needed:

  • Airway management including tracheostomy care
  • Ventilation management
  • Enteral feeding (PEG/JEJ/NG)
  • Experience with neurological or spinal conditions is beneficial.

Requirements:

  • NMC Pin with at least 2 years' post qualification nursing experience
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Strong clinical judgement
  • Flexibility to support regional packages
